I have a confession...
I am a binge watcher. Not all the time, but every once in a while, I get into a show series late and if I enjoy the first few episodes, I will watch them religiously until I’m caught up. The nice thing is that I generally only spend a few days binging, but the bad thing is that then I miss the series and want to watch more.
My latest binge has been When Calls the Heart. I’d seen it advertised on Hallmark, but I didn’t think I’d actually enjoy it. I was wrong. Maybe it’s because I’m a teacher and I loved how patient Elizabeth was or maybe it’s because I miss the simpler time before phones and internet, but I got sucked in. I cried over Jack, I spent a solid day annoyed at Lucas, and my heart sighed every time Nathan looked at her as if she was the only woman in the world.
It made me want to get back to my Sage Creek series and add some new books. It’s set a little farther back, but I think it’s about time to bring it to the 1900s. If you’re like me and you like When Calls the Heart and you haven’t read my Sage Creek Series, you definitely need to.
An Unexpected Love is actually loosely based on a true story about a woman almost marrying the man who robbed her stage coach. Thankfully, Kate’s story ends better than the real life version.
A Second Chance at Love follows Emma who nurses a bounty hunter back to health and has to decide if she’s willing to get over her broken heart.
An Unforgettable Love follows Carl who thought he loved Emma, but found true love with a mail-order bride.
An Enchanted Love allows the older shopkeeper Henry to find love for a second time.
I always had more plans for this series, but of course life got in the way. However, I think it might be time to revisit and expand the Sage Creek Saga. If you want to check them out, you can find them on my website or anywhere books are sold. Just click the link below that works best for you.
Until I have it ready for you, please enjoy these amazing book deals.
