Well, no one brought me zucchini last week, though my friend Sonya said she would have if I lived closer. Yesterday was national lazy day which feels like most of my summer lol, but I did get some writing in today and I did find some good deals on clothes at Kohl’s for Kayleigh. It’s National Bargain hunting day today though I didn’t know that when I went looking but the clearance items at Kohl’s can have some good stuff.
As you can see from the banner above, Chemistry 101 is on sale this week for just .99. It’s my one and only (currently) young adult novel though I have plans to write more. At least I had the names for them. This book is part of a group promotion which you can find below with other books on sale for just .99 which is a steal of a deal so be sure to check it out.
I’m going to get some steps in - I’ve been hitting 10k a day for the last 24 days - and then jump back into Hannah’s story. It’s changed a bit because writing about a thesis felt about as fun as planning for my own classes next year lol, but I think you’ll still enjoy it. I’ll put the new chapter 1 and 2 up soon.
Have a blessed week,
Lorana

Few people come to Providence on purpose, but a series of unfortunate events leads three women to the small town, where they rely on the men of Providence for help and protection. In this series of faith-promoting stories, the newcomers to this quaint town realize there are no accidents, only Providence.

Reclaim (Book 3) - When she left town to chase her dreams, she crushed his.
Phoebe Hartley has spent years making sure her life is exactly the way she likes it—predictable, steady, and blissfully free of unnecessary complications. Running Doughlicious, the bakery she co-owns with her best friend, Daisy, gives her everything she needs. It’s safe. It’s comfortable and most importantly, it’s completely drama-free.
Then there is Max Monroe, Daisy’s globe-trotting, impossibly charming brother, who breezes in and out of town like he owns the place and worse, like he owns her attention.
Once upon a time, they went on one date. Just one. And then, true to form, Max took off again, chasing another adventure.
But now he’s back.
And this time he’s staying, or so he swears.
With a nosy best friend, her overprotective tattoo-artist fiance, one very intimate bakery freezer incident, Max and Phoebe will have to figure out if love is worth the risk, or if it’s just another detour.
After all, some people are made for leaving.
And others?
They just need the right reason to stay.
I only wanted to write my book in peace. Now I’m snowed in with a grumpy former marine and one tiny fireplace.
I booked a remote mountain inn to focus, escape distractions, and swear off men. Then Damian Blake showed up. Brooding, magnetic, and somehow made sarcasm sound like charm.
With my luck—a blizzard rolls in, the power cuts out, and I end up stuck with the man who’s driving me completely crazy.
We’re supposed to keep warm and stay out of each other’s way.
Instead, there are stolen glances, shared laughter, and the kind of silences that say too much.
I see softness beneath all that steel…
And I’m falling. Hard.
But then someone from Damian’s past returns with an ax to grind. He shuts me out completely—and the space between us turns cold.
Still my heart refuses to let go of what we’ve started. Because love is worth risking everything for. And snowstorms have a funny way of clearing the path…
I’m in a lot of great promos so be sure to look below for some amazing book deals!
